Myofascial Yin Yoga is a therapeutic practice that combines Yin yoga with myofascial release, approached through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It works with fascia — the connective tissue that wraps the whole body and often holds physical and emotional tension. Through long passive holds, deep breathing, and work along the energy meridians, we support releasing blockages and restoring natural balance in the body. Props such as tennis balls, blocks, and bolsters allow deeper, more precise contact with the tissues.
