All my life I have looked for form — not only how it looks, but how it feels: harmony, balance, and connection with myself. As a child I expressed that through art, chasing the perfect line of the human body; later that path led me into fitness. For almost ten years I trained professionally and competed in bikini fitness, driven by discipline and ambition. Even with outward results, something felt missing. That path brought me to exhaustion and a turning point. In a moment of crisis I opened up to something new — yoga, movement, pilates, conscious breathing, and a deeper relationship with my body. I realised form does not start on the outside; it starts within — the body reflects our inner state. Today, through movement, music, and mindful presence, I help people reconnect with themselves and see the body not as a project to “fix”, but as a home that deserves care and love. My mission is to inspire through movement and show that real strength lives in awareness, softness, and self-love.

Instructor
Movement is health and medicine. Life is manaprasad — happiness without a reason. A path on which we connect with our true nature and discover the beauty of life, whatever the circumstances. My journey moved through many forms of movement — it began with the raw strength of the gym, lifting, and CrossFit, and gradually led me to the deeper feeling in yoga. There I found another meditation — aerial acrobatics, pole, and hoop: movement that blends strength, lightness, and self-expression. I have always searched for meaning — in the choices we make, the people we surround ourselves with, and how we live. That even took me to India — a place that can shift your perspective for a lifetime. Over time I understood the answers are not outside, but inside us — in silence, awareness, presence. Today that is the heart of how I live — woven into everything I do, in stronger, intense sessions as much as in finer practices. I create space where awareness of movement and breath lets you return to yourself — where you feel at home in your body, your thoughts, and your heart. Coming back to life with inner ease and joy that does not depend on circumstances, but simply exists in every moment.
